Coach Baker Memorial Award

The Coach Baker Memorial Award is a scholarship for students from Charleston High School, Charleston, Illinois, who have been accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The award recognizes students who demonstrate strong character assets and show potential for success through hard work, even if they are not necessarily top academic performers. Financial need is a consideration and may be used as a determining factor when all other criteria are equal. Recipients must be full-time students in good academic standing at the time the award is issued. The award is announced in the Spring and awarded in the Fall and/or Spring semester.
