About This Opportunity

The Code Hunter LLP Advocacy Scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student in their second or third year in the Faculty of Law, JD Program at the University of Calgary. The scholarship recognizes academic merit and active participation in the Advocacy (mooting program) with demonstrated excellence. Excellence will be evidenced by performance in MacGillivray moot competition or other mooting competitions. Where a student is participating in a moot competition that incurs costs for travel and accommodation, the award should be used to cover those costs. This internal scholarship provides $2,000 to one recipient annually and is administered through the Law Nominated Awards process for new and continuing students.
