co:grow & Chen Scholarship

The co:grow & Chen Scholarship was established in 2024 and is funded by Dr Susan Chen, author, founding partner of co:grow a boutique HR transformation consultancy, and alumna of the University of Auckland. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and support students enrolled in Stage III of a Bachelor of Commerce in Management who have a keen interest in Human Resource Management. The scholarship provides up to $10,000 in assistance with study for one year. It is offered annually to one New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident enrolled in Stage III of a BCom or BCom conjoint degree in Management, including MGMT 304.
