Combined study and practical stays for engineers from developing countries (KOSPIE) with Mexican universities

The KOSPIE programme is a combined study and practical training opportunity for Mexican engineering students to spend one year in Germany. The programme consists of one semester at a German university followed by an industrial internship of 4 to 6 months. This cooperation aims to offer Mexican engineering students the opportunity to broaden both their academic and personal horizons with a one-year study and work visit to Germany. The scholarship is jointly funded by Mexican partners and DAAD, providing comprehensive support including monthly partial scholarship payments, language courses, insurance coverage, start-up allowance, and travel expenses where applicable.
