Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW) Scholarship

The Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW) Scholarship supports undergraduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who are pursuing a Real Estate Certificate. This scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to students demonstrating academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA while also being Wisconsin residents. The scholarship gives preference to student parents, guardians, or caretakers who have significant responsibilities for caring for household members, as well as first-generation college students who graduated from a Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) high school. The award provides $5,000 to help offset educational expenses for students studying real estate at the Lubar College of Business.
