About this opportunity

Commonwealth Shared Scholarships are for international postgraduate students from developing Commonwealth countries who may not otherwise be able to study in the United Kingdom. The scholarships are offered in partnership with the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and are available on specific courses at the University of Southampton. The award provides comprehensive financial support including full tuition fee coverage, return travel costs, a monthly stipend, an allowances package, and costs for a mandatory tuberculosis test. Applicants must be citizens or refugees of eligible Commonwealth countries and be permanently resident in one of those countries. Recipients are required to commit to returning to their home country within one month of the scholarship end date.
