The Thomas & Betty Hall Excellence Award is granted to a student who has demonstrated qualities that are evident in teaching excellence as demonstrated during their Bachelor of Education study. Preference will be given to a student who graduated from a Prince Edward Island high school. This award recognizes outstanding performance in the Faculty of Education and honors the legacy of Tom and Betty Hall, who have a long history of supporting numerous areas that benefit from charitable support. Their impact on education, culture, the environment, and PEI's heritage is well known.
