Comprehensive Leadership Excellence Award

The Comprehensive Leadership Excellence Award was established in 2021 by Lauren Gavrailoff to support student-athletes at Lakeland College. This award recognizes full-time students who are active members of the Rustler's Basketball or Volleyball teams (Men's or Women's) and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities. The scholarship is awarded based on comprehensive criteria including satisfactory academic standing, demonstrated leadership skills, good standing with both their team and classmates, and a positive attitude with strong work ethic. This $500 award aims to support student-athletes who exemplify excellence both on and off the court. The award recognizes the importance of athletic participation combined with academic achievement and leadership development at Lakeland College. Recipients must maintain their status as active team members while meeting academic and behavioral standards.
