About this opportunity
A scholarship established in 2023 to support full-time coursework or research students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit, personal statement, demonstrated evidence of disadvantage, portfolio and/or performance. For postgraduate research applicants, the scholarship may also be awarded on the basis of research achievements and potential. The value and duration of the scholarship are determined by the Head of School and Dean of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and will be stipulated in the scholarship offer letter. For coursework students, payments are made in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester. For postgraduate research students, the value is paid as a stipend on a fortnightly basis. Recipients must maintain a minimum WAM of 65 each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.
