Constance Ann Denue Memorial Scholarship

The Constance Ann Denue Memorial Scholarship provides financial support for undergraduate students at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville who are majoring in History. This scholarship is specifically designed for students who are actively engaged in practical History-related experiences, such as participating in a History-focused internship or working as a research assistant in the field of History. Examples of eligible activities include History 490 and History 410 courses. Preference is given to students who maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA or above and/or demonstrate financial need. The scholarship aims to support students pursuing hands-on experience in historical research and professional development within their field of study. Recipients are selected by a committee of History faculty members created by the Chair of the History Department at SIUE. The award amount varies based on available funding.
