About This Opportunity

The Constance Jones Scholarship for Students of Aboriginal Ancestry is designed to assist graduate students in the further development of their intellectual powers, and in building both stronger work places and better communities for their children. The scholarship is awarded to University of Regina graduate students who are self-declared Aboriginal students pursuing a master's degree. One award at $11,950 is available, or if the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research determines that there are two equally deserving students, the award will be equally split into two awards at $5,975 each. Recipients must demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum cumulative GPA of 80% and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship provides crucial financial support to Indigenous graduate students at the University of Regina as they advance their education and contribute to their communities.
