About This Opportunity

The Corinna D'Hage Mayer String Scholarship provides financial support to outstanding students undertaking studies in string instruments at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Established in 2008 from the estate of Arthur James Mayer, this scholarship is designed to assist students pursuing either coursework or research degrees at the Conservatorium. The scholarship value and duration are determined by the Dean of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and will be stipulated in the scholarship offer letter to successful recipients. No separate application is required as eligible students will be automatically considered as part of their admission application to the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit and/or portfolio and performance, and may also consider research achievements and potential for postgraduate research applicants.
