Corrina Ewan Memorial Scholarship

The Corrina Ewan Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to academically outstanding undergraduate or graduate students in Chemistry who demonstrate superior laboratory skills and are planning to pursue a career in either secondary or post-secondary education. This memorial scholarship recognizes the importance of both academic excellence and practical laboratory competence in preparing future educators in the field of chemistry. Recipients are selected based on their academic performance, demonstrated lab skills, and commitment to a teaching career. Application forms are available through the Department of Chemistry at the University of Victoria, with submission required by May 31. Graduate recipients are approved by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee upon recommendation from the Department of Chemistry, while undergraduate recipients are approved by the Senate Committee on Awards.
