Cougar Pride Scholarship

The Cougar Pride Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program offered by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) to support both first-year and transfer undergraduate students. The scholarship recognizes academic achievement and provides financial assistance to U.S. students pursuing their undergraduate education at SIUE. First-year students with a minimum 3.0 high school GPA can receive awards ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 per year, with total four-year values between $8,000 and $16,000 depending on their GPA. Transfer students with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA are eligible for awards up to $6,000 over two years. The admission application serves as the scholarship application, making it easy for students to be considered automatically upon admission. Awards are distributed as funding becomes available, and students must maintain eligibility requirements as outlined in the program's terms and conditions.
