Country-related cooperation programme with Mexico: CONACYT - DAAD

This scholarship program is a cooperation between CONACYT (Mexico's National Council for Science and Technology) and DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) designed to enable graduates and doctoral candidates from Mexico to obtain further qualifications in Germany. The program supports scholarship-funded Master's or doctoral degree studies in Germany. CONACYT provides monthly scholarship payments, while DAAD covers additional benefits including initial language courses, language courses during studies, health insurance, printing costs subsidy for doctoral thesis, and refund of TestDaF or DSH examination fees. Master's degree scholarships are funded for up to 24 months, while doctoral scholarships are initially granted for 36 months with the possibility of extension.
