About this opportunity
The Cox Legacy Scholarship provides funding for hardworking Indiana residents who are academically strong, have demonstrated financial need, and have a commitment to developing their personal and professional skills while attending Indiana University Bloomington. If selected as a Cox Legacy Scholar, students build their skills by engaging in a meaningful work experience with a department or office at IU Bloomington, working 10 to 12 hours each week of the fall and spring semesters. The program includes career preparation and development, career and personal assessments, and professional development opportunities. All newly awarded Cox Scholars are required to participate in Camp Cox, a five-day immersive leadership development experience held at Bradford Woods in late July. The scholarship is renewable for a total of four years (eight semesters) and covers costs up to the cost of attendance at Indiana University Bloomington.
