CPA Australia Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarships

CPA Australia offers up to five scholarships annually for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. The scholarship assists recipients to meet the educational requirements needed to attain CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) status. Scholarship recipients will be exempt from all CPA Program subject fees and a full three years of Associate (ASA) level membership fees will be waived. The scholarships are awarded each January and July to the best-qualified applicants based on their tertiary academic results. Scholarships are effective from the date awarded and will be tenable for six years, subject to satisfactory progress by the recipient towards the completion of CPA Program. The scholarship does not require the recipient to render any service to the donor, though recipients are encouraged to share their story to inspire others if agreeable.
