CPA Education Foundation Rick Cormier Memorial Award - Renewable

The CPA Education Foundation Rick Cormier Memorial Award is a renewable scholarship awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering or transferring into the second year (after completion of the pre-professional year) in the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing with preference given to students with indicated financial need. The award was established by family, friends, and colleagues of Rick Cormier, FCA (1950-2003) and Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants to honor his memory and support accounting students. Renewal of this award is contingent upon the recipient maintaining satisfactory academic standing and declaring an accounting major, allowing students to receive continued support throughout their undergraduate studies.
