Creative careers service 26/27-28/29

Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) Original Source

About This Opportunity

This grant is for £7 million to design and deliver a refreshed UK-wide creative careers service over 3 years. This is a stretching new opportunity for a grant recipient to create a comprehensive central offer of creative careers information and support, which should build on the Discover! Creative Careers Programme and facilitate join-up of existing provision across the UK. The programme aims to improve knowledge of pathways and opportunities in the Creative Industries for young people aged 11-24 and their influencers. The successful applicant will deliver an ambitious and significantly wide-reaching programme that stimulates sector investment and engagement in the talent pipeline, provides opportunities for young people to directly interact with the sector through encounters or work experience, and increases regional and demographic diversity in the entry-level workforce.
