About this opportunity

This CSIRO Industry PhD Scholarship, funded by CSIRO and industry partner Emesent Pty Ltd, provides financial assistance to a PhD student undertaking research in Visual-LiDAR inertial localisation and mapping in dynamic environments at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is part of the CSIRO Industry PhD program and requires the recipient to undertake an industry engagement component with the industry partner for at least 3 months. The research will be supervised by Dr Viorela Ila from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney. The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support including a primary stipend, supplementary stipend, and access to project expenses and development funding from CSIRO.
