About This Opportunity
The CUBS Leaders of Tomorrow award programme recognizes the positive non-academic impact and performance of students enrolled in Cork University Business School (CUBS) programmes. Students can submit applications across six categories including Global Citizen, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Learning Transformation, Exceptional Journey, Students Choice, and Dean's Leadership. The programme aims to showcase student capabilities and levels of impact beyond academic grades, linked to UCC core values as set out in the Graduate Attributes Programme. Awards are available at three levels: Recognition Certificate for demonstration of clear positive impact, Outstanding Achievement for outstanding impact (valued up to €500 plus certificate), and Sustained Impact for accumulation of three or more awards over the student's time in CUBS. Students can apply once per year with self-nominated or peer-nominated applications, detailing their impact through an 800-word maximum submission that is assessed using a structured rubric covering activity description, effort invested, size of impact, and evidence of impact.
