Dale Garraway Memorial Scholarship

The Dale Garraway Memorial Scholarship honors Dale Garraway, who was born in Tisdale and grew up in rural Saskatchewan. Dale was an avid sports fan with a passion for golf and a great love of nature, which led him to collect wildlife art. He was a proud family man with enthusiasm and passion for his work, displaying an optimistic, personable, and knowledgeable character in both his personal and professional life. This scholarship is available to second-year students enrolled in the Civil Engineering Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). The award is granted based on academic achievement demonstrated during the first year of studies. Students meeting the eligibility criteria will be automatically considered for this award, meaning no separate application is required. The scholarship provides $1,500 to support the recipient's educational pursuits in civil engineering technology.
