Dan and Gena Bouwmeester Golden Bears Hockey Award

Awarded to student(s) with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree at the University of Alberta who are member(s) of the Golden Bears Hockey program. Selection is based on the level of excellence shown in the sport, the potential to develop as significant contributor(s) to the Golden Bears Hockey program, contributions made to the hockey team on and off the ice, and academic standing. This endowed award was established by Jay Bouwmeester to support student-athletes who demonstrate athletic excellence and academic achievement while contributing to the university's hockey program.
