Darwin Research Award Presented by Dr. Irwin Martin

The Darwin Research Award is an annual research award within the Organismic and Evolutionary Biology Program (OEB) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. This award supports a postdoctoral researcher or senior graduate student who demonstrates excellence in mentorship. The recipient is selected based on their peer mentoring efforts as well as the feasibility and impact of their proposed research in the realm of organismal, ecology and/or evolutionary biology. The award recognizes both research excellence and commitment to mentoring the next generation of scientists in the biological sciences.
