About this opportunity
A scholarship, valued at up to $6,000, will be awarded annually to a full-time domestic undergraduate student entering Year One of any program in the Faculty of Engineering (excluding the School of Architecture). Selection will be based on academic excellence (minimum 90% admission average) combined with STEM related extracurricular achievements (e.g., robotics and math competitions, science fairs, STEM camps, etc.) as assessed through the Admissions Information Form (AIF) and online interview. This fund is made possible by a donation from David Gerard Conroy (BASc'77) and Lynn Cope Conroy (BSc '77) to empower the next generation to achieve academic and professional success. The scholarship supports students entering various engineering programs including Architectural Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Nanotechnology Engineering, Systems Design Engineering, and Software Engineering.
