About this opportunity

Two or more scholarships, valued at up to $2,000 each, will be awarded annually to full-time undergraduate students enrolling in Year One of Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. This fund is made possible by a donation from David R. Bertran who received both a Bachelor's and Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and who enjoyed a successful career in the U.S. petroleum and chemical industries. The scholarship recognizes academic excellence and requires submission of an Admission Information Form (AIF) and participation in an online video interview. No separate application is required as students are automatically considered based on their admission materials.
