David & Sharon Parcell Scholarship

The David & Sharon Parcell Scholarship is a need-based scholarship for students in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. The scholarship gives preference to students who are graduating or have graduated from Franklin County High School. Recipients are selected based on scholastic achievement, good character, and demonstrated financial need. Students may reapply annually and can receive the award for up to 4 years total, providing sustained support throughout their undergraduate education. This scholarship aims to support deserving business students who demonstrate academic excellence while facing financial challenges in funding their education.
