About This Opportunity
One scholarship, valued at $1,000, was established in 2003 by the friends and family of Professor David T. Carter, upon his retirement from the University of Waterloo. The scholarship is awarded annually to a student entering first year of the Accounting and Financial Management program who comes from Essex County and who best reflects the extraordinary commitment and generosity to the community for which the late Professor Carter was known and respected. In 2012, friends and family of Professor Carter donated to continue this scholarship in his memory. This entrance scholarship recognizes academic performance and results from the AFM Admissions Assessment (AFMAA).
