David W Johnson Scholarship

The David W Johnson Scholarship provides up to $40,000 in financial support to outstanding domestic students pursuing undergraduate studies in business at the University of Sydney Business School. Established in 2000 by a donation from the USA Foundation, this scholarship honors alumnus and prominent international businessman David W. Johnson. The scholarship is valued at $10,000 per year and is tenable for up to four years, including honors. Recipients must be domestic students who have successfully applied through UAC to commence an undergraduate degree administered by the University of Sydney Business School and have achieved an ATAR (or equivalent) of at least 98. Selection is based on academic merit, demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement, and an interest in business. To maintain the scholarship, recipients must maintain a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 75 and enroll in 24 credit points each semester. The scholarship is paid in two equal installments after the census date of each semester.
