About this opportunity
The Davin Moxsom Rugby Scholarship is awarded to a high school rugby team member from Dartmouth who best represents the qualities that Davin brought to the sport of rugby in Nova Scotia. Davin valued the connections and friendships he made within the rugby community and is described by all who knew him as a selfless, kind, generous person who valued teamwork, integrity and respect, both on and off the field. The recipient of this award should demonstrate Davin's personal qualities and involvement in the sport of rugby. To be eligible, applicants must be a Grade 12 student enrolled in a high school in Dartmouth and must be a member of one of the high school rugby teams, planning to attend a post-secondary university or community college. The scholarship will be judged on community involvement, academic standing, dedication to the sport of rugby in Nova Scotia, and financial need.
