Dean's Undergraduate Scholarship in Business

The Dean's Undergraduate Scholarship in Business was established in 2006 to support exceptional, well-rounded students with a demonstrated interest in business. This scholarship provides up to $60,000 to high-achieving high school leavers who are Australian citizens or permanent residents commencing an undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney Business School. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit, demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement, extra-curricular participation, public speaking abilities, and interest in business. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic performance with a minimum Semester Average Mark of 75 and enrol in 24 credit points each semester to continue receiving the scholarship. The award supports students for up to four years, with payments made in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester. Recipients may hold the scholarship for an additional year for completion of the Bachelor of Advanced Studies or where the Bachelor of Commerce is combined with the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
