Debbie Kroening Hudgins Memorial Scholarship

The Debbie Kroening Hudgins Memorial Scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate student-athletes who are members of the Eastern Illinois University swim team. The scholarship honors the legacy of Debbie Kroening Hudgins by recognizing students who exemplify qualities of team leadership, putting the team first, leading by example, and displaying enthusiasm for the sport. Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The award is announced in the spring semester and awarded in the fall semester. Recipients may reapply for the award in subsequent years provided they continue to meet all eligibility criteria.
