Delcon Group Women in Engineering Scholarship

The Delcon Group Women in Engineering Scholarship supports civil engineering students who identify as women and have an affinity for the civil construction industry. This scholarship provides financial support of $7,000 per year for up to three years, along with valuable professional development opportunities. Recipients receive a paid Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity at Delcon Group and participation in a mentoring program. The scholarship is designed to encourage and support women pursuing careers in civil engineering and infrastructure, helping them overcome challenges in their studies while building industry connections and gaining practical experience in the civil construction sector.
