Den kulturelle skolesekken (The Cultural Schoolbag) is a funding opportunity for professional performers, producers, and disseminators of arts and culture to submit proposals. Proposals are submitted through the DKS portal and evaluated for inclusion in the local DKS program in Troms. The program aims to bring professional cultural experiences to schools in the Troms region. Selected productions become part of the cultural offerings available to schools in the county, providing students with access to high-quality artistic and cultural experiences as part of their education.
