About this opportunity
The Dennis Pattinson Memorial Scholarship Fund offers financial assistance to post-secondary students pursuing studies and research in the field of wildlife and fisheries conservation. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation. The scholarship covers a regular academic year and is divided into two equal units, one usually available in September and the other in January. Preference is given to research projects being conducted in Saskatchewan, though consideration is also given to research projects undertaken in other accredited post-secondary institutions in Canada and elsewhere. Applicants must be full-time students enrolled in studies at an accredited post-secondary institution and must be citizens of Canada or landed immigrants with the intent of working in Canada.
