Dennis Wayne Roediger Memorial Scholarship

The Dennis Wayne Roediger Memorial Scholarship supports students at Tarrant County College who are pursuing teaching careers. This merit-based scholarship is designed for students working toward an Associate of Arts Degree in Teaching or an Associate of Arts Degree with the intention to transfer to a four-year institution to earn a teaching certificate. Recipients must demonstrate strong academic performance with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and must have completed at least 30 credit hours at TCC. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if recipients maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and complete at least 9 credit hours in the fall. Award amounts vary and financial need determination is not required for eligibility.
