Department of Communication, Media and Film Scholarship

The Department of Communication, Media and Film Scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student entering third or fourth year in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is awarded to students in a program leading to a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies (BCMS) degree. This award was established in 1991 by faculty, staff and students in the Faculty of General Studies on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the University of Calgary. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and provides up to $600 to support continuing undergraduate students in their studies.
