About This Opportunity

The Department of Surgery and Cancer Scholarships provide financial support for postgraduate students pursuing Master's degrees in cancer, health policy, and medical robotics fields. The scholarship offers £2,000 towards tuition fees for the 2026-27 academic year. Twenty awards are available to both home and overseas students studying full-time or part-time. Recipients must have received and accepted an offer of admission to one of the eligible programmes within the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London, starting in Autumn 2026. Eligible programmes include Cancer Biology, Cancer Informatics, Cancer Innovation, Health Policy, Medical Robotics and Image-Guided Intervention, Medical Robotics & Image Guided Intervention (Clinical Robotics & AI), and Translational Research in Surgery, Perioperative and Critical Care. Applicants are required to submit a statement of no more than 500 words explaining how the funding will benefit their studies and contribute to their career goals.
