Derrick Sewell Graduate Scholarships

One or more scholarships of at least $1000 each are awarded to graduate students in the Department of Geography in the fields of natural sciences and/or management of the environment. This award recognizes Dr. Derrick Sewell, who made outstanding contributions to these fields in Canada and throughout the world. The scholarships are awarded based on nominations from the Department of Geography and require no separate application from students. Recipients must normally have an A- average and meet any additional donor-established criteria.
