Desentralisert ordning for tilskudd til kulturbygg

Desentralisert ordning for tilskudd til kulturbygg (Decentralized scheme for grants to cultural buildings) is managed by county councils in Norway. The grant aims to contribute to suitable premises, buildings, and outdoor arenas that provide space for various cultural activities. The program supports municipalities in developing cultural infrastructure. Grants can be provided for cultural centers, multipurpose venues, and specialized premises for arts and culture including libraries, museums or other cultural heritage projects, performing arts venues, concert halls, exhibition spaces for visual arts, and more. Grants can also be provided for establishing religiously neutral ceremony rooms. Applications from municipalities must be submitted to the county council through the online application system by April 1st. Municipalities have their own local application deadlines that should be checked. The program follows guidelines set by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture and supports cultural infrastructure development across Nordland county.
