About this opportunity
The Destination Australia Regional Scholarship was established in 2022 to provide assistance to Faculty of Medicine and Health students studying at a regional campus. This scholarship is funded by Destination Australia, an Australian Government initiative. The scholarship provides $15,000 per annum for one year to support domestic students currently enrolled full-time in year 4 of the Doctor of Medicine (Dubbo program) at the University of Sydney. The scholarship aims to support students who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, experience financial hardship, live with a disability, are first in family to tertiary study, or demonstrate strong engagement with the medical program.
