Det lægevidenskabelige fakultets fond for videnskabeligt ansatte kandidater og studerende ved Københavns Universitet

This fund supports medical science research and activities at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Copenhagen. The fund provides financial support to scientific staff, candidates, and students for research purposes, travel grants, and student social activities. The fund's allocation is distributed across multiple categories: 54% for research in medical science fields including cancer, dermatology, and ophthalmology with special emphasis on sleep disorders and smoking cessation research; 28% for individual researchers conducting medical research or research stays; 5% for travel grants; 2% for student social purposes; 1% for Danish scientists serving their country particularly in medical science; and 10% for polytechnic and/or medical candidates studying special topics. A portion of the research funding is specifically reserved for new research areas that often have difficulty obtaining funding.
