Dialogbidrag

Dialogbidrag is a form of basic grant based on operational commitments developed in consultation with the Culture and Recreation Administration of Ystad Municipality. The grant supports the local activities of study associations (studieförbund) to best serve the citizens. The grant aims to contribute to a more open and multicultural society where all residents have good conditions for a healthy and developing life, with a strong focus on social, ecological, and economic sustainability. The purpose is to promote collaboration between the municipality, study associations, and community organizations. Each study association is assessed individually, and a collaboration agreement is written annually that includes assignments, cooperation, focus areas, goals, and follow-up. The grant supports study associations to increase diversity of participation in society, bridge educational gaps, broaden cultural interest, strengthen democracy, prevent involuntary loneliness, and develop inclusive meeting places.
