About this opportunity
The Diane Ballina Memorial Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation/The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County in memory of Diane Ballina, a beloved secretary at Valley High School for over 20 years. This scholarship was created to provide scholarships to graduating seniors at Valley High School. The scholarship supports students who have demonstrated community service to the New Kensington and Arnold areas and show financial need. Recipients must be graduating seniors from Valley High School planning to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school or 2- or 4-year college or university. The award is a multi-year scholarship providing up to $4,000 over 4 years, renewable for up to 4 years with continued full-time enrollment and maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
