Diane Turner Memorial Scholarship

The Diane Turner Memorial Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship offered by the Tarrant County College Foundation to support students pursuing studies in journalism and mass communications. The scholarship is provided by the Family and Friends of Diane Turner in memory of their loved one. This award is available to currently enrolled TCC students who have completed at least 12 credit hours and have taken or are currently taking a journalism course. Recipients must maintain at least 6 credit hours of enrollment and a minimum GPA of 2.5. Preference is given to student members of the Collegian staff. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if the recipient maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA and completes at least 6 credit hours in the fall semester.
