Diptford Community Fund

The Diptford Community Fund is a Community Benefit Fund established with a contribution to the community as a result of the Coombeshead Solar Farm erected in the Totnes area of Devon in 2015. The fund is managed by Devon Community Foundation and provides grants to community groups, individuals, and organizations that make a positive difference to the lives of members of the local community. The fund covers the parish of Diptford, Devon and where appropriate extends to neighbouring parishes including Halwell and Moreleigh, Harberton, Loddiswell, North Huish, South Brent, and Woodleigh. Eligible projects fall within themes such as assisting families in need, bringing people together, developing life skills, enabling disabled people, encouraging safety and resilience, helping people find and keep a home, keeping people safe and well, offering training and work opportunities, and promoting access to arts, culture and nature.
