District Six Scholarship

The District Six Education Scholarship Fund was established to assist the youth of District Six in their educational pursuits of college, university or technical school degrees. This scholarship is offered by the Sons of Norway Foundation, whose mission is to celebrate Nordic culture and heritage through scholarships and grants to members and communities. The district wishes to honor and encourage students of District Six who are pursuing undergraduate, technical, or vocational education. Applicants must be current members of Sons of Norway District Six with at least one year of membership prior to application. The scholarship supports students aged 18-23 who are U.S. citizens studying in the United States, with awards of up to $1,500 for one year of study.
