Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) Educational Grants

The Jersey Community Foundation is committed to fostering inclusive communities by supporting educational programmes that advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). The Foundation invites applications from organisations working to promote DE&I through education, training and community engagement. Grant awards range from £500 to £20,000 for projects that should be completed within 12 months from the project start date. Projects should align with focus areas including education and training, community engagement, equity and access, arts and media for inclusion, or workplace and organisational change. The Foundation seeks projects that provide DE&I education and training, develop mentorship or leadership programmes for underrepresented communities, promote cultural awareness and reduce bias, use arts or media to amplify diverse voices, or advance equitable policies and practices in workplaces or institutions. Applications are reviewed by a diverse panel of community leaders, DE&I experts and Foundation representatives, with successful projects demonstrating clear impact and community involvement.
