About this opportunity
The DJ Miller & Sons Construction Award is a scholarship opportunity for students enrolled full-time in the Heavy Duty Equipment Technician apprenticeship program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The award provides $1,500 to support students pursuing this technical education pathway. Selection is based on a combination of financial need (50% weighting) and academic achievement (50% weighting). Preference is given to students of Indigenous ancestry, including Metis, Status/Treaty Indian, Non-Status Indian, and Inuit students. One award is available annually, with the application deadline of June 15, 2026. Students are automatically considered through completion of the General Application in the Saskatchewan Polytechnic awards system.
