Doc Seaman Scholarship

The Doc Seaman Scholarship is an annual scholarship offered to continuing undergraduate students at the University of Calgary. Established through an anonymous donation in recognition of Doc Seaman's participation in bringing the Flames Hockey team to Calgary, this scholarship has been augmented by a matching donation from Mr. D.K. Seaman. The award is valued at up to $2,200 and is available to students in any faculty who have completed their first year of undergraduate studies. Selection is based on academic merit. This internal scholarship provides financial support to recognize and reward academic excellence among continuing undergraduate students at the University of Calgary.
